This Privacy Policy explains how Yodsoft ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Tetris Battle mobile game and the website at battle-tetris.servers.yodsoft.com (together, the "Service").

In short: Tetris Battle has no user accounts, no ads, and no analytics or tracking SDKs. The only information you give us is a display name you type before a match, and it is used only to run that live match — it is not stored in a database after the game ends.

1. Information we process

We deliberately keep this to a minimum:

Display name. Before a match you choose a name. It is sent to our game server and shown to your opponent during that match so you can tell each other apart. You can enter any name you like — it does not need to be your real name, and we recommend you do not use personal information.
Gameplay data. While a match is in progress, your in-game moves (such as swapping blocks) are sent to and processed by our server, which runs the game and keeps both players' boards in sync. This is transient match data.
Technical connection data. Like any online service, our servers automatically process your device's IP address and standard connection metadata in order to establish and maintain the real-time connection and to keep the Service secure and reliable. This may appear briefly in server logs.

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, location, photos, or device identifiers, and the app does not contain advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking software. The only Android permission the app requests is Internet access, which is required to play online.

2. How we use information

We use the limited information above only to:

Match you with an opponent and run a live 1v1 game session;
Display your chosen name to your opponent during the match;
Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or marketing, and we never sell it.

3. Storage and retention

Game sessions run in memory on our server. Your display name and match state exist only for the duration of the match and are discarded when the session ends — they are not written to a long-term database. Standard server and infrastructure logs that may contain technical data such as IP addresses are kept only for a short period for security and operational purposes and are then rotated out.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell or rent your information. Limited sharing happens only as follows:

With your opponent: your chosen display name is visible to the other player in your match.
With infrastructure providers: our servers are hosted on cloud infrastructure (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), which processes connection data on our behalf to deliver the Service.
Legal: we may disclose information if required to do so by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the Service.

5. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the only information involved is a self-chosen, optional display name, the game does not require any personal data to play. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will address it.

6. Security

Connections between the app and our servers are encrypted in transit (TLS / secure WebSocket, wss://). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but because we store essentially no personal data, the privacy risk to you is minimal.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Since we do not maintain accounts or persistent personal records, there is generally no stored personal data to retrieve or delete. 8. International users

The Service is operated using cloud infrastructure that may be located in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you understand that limited technical data may be processed in those locations as described in this policy.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
